The Delhi High Court will hear Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's plea seeking bail in the CBI case related to the alleged liquor policy scam.

The matter is to be heard by Justice Neena Bansal Krishna.

It may be noted that Kejriwal was previously arrested by the Enforcement Directorate under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act in relation to the liquor policy case. Although he was granted bail by the trial court in the PMLA case on June 20, the order was stayed by the Delhi High Court on June 25. He was arrested by the CBI on June 26, while he was in judicial custody in the PMLA case.
